Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Brave). Your web browser window is open in front of you.
Why clear cache and cookies?
Clearing your cache removes old, stored website files that might be causing pages to load incorrectly, while clearing cookies removes tracking files and logs you out of shared computers.
- 2
Press CtrlShiftDelete on your keyboard. The Clear browsing data settings dialog pops up on your screen immediately.

- 3
Select your preferred Time range (such as Last hour or All time), check the boxes for Cached images and files and Cookies, and click Clear data. The dialog finishes processing and automatically closes, leaving your browser clean and refreshed.
