Open your web browser and go to a trusted, free PDF merge tool (such as Adobe's official free tool at

Can Windows combine PDFs on its own?
Windows has built-in tools to create, view, and sign individual PDFs, but it does not include a native multi-file merger. Using Adobe's official free online tool takes only seconds without needing to buy expensive software.
- 2
Click the button labelled Select files (or drag your PDF files directly from File Explorer into the browser window). A file selection window opens allowing you to highlight the PDF documents saved on your computer.
- 3
Select all the PDF files you want to combine and click Open. Thumbnails of each document appear in order on your browser screen.
