Click the Bluetooth tile to turn it off, wait 5 seconds, then click it again to turn it back on. The Bluetooth icon dims to grey when turned off, then lights up blue and attempts to reconnect to your paired devices.
Why turn it off and on?
Toggling the Bluetooth radio clears temporary wireless connection handshakes between Windows and your accessory.

If it still won't connect, press WinI and click Bluetooth & devices. The Bluetooth & devices settings page opens, listing your paired accessories.
